
Verve Group
Verve Group was born in July 2020, out of a major acquisition of 4 companies combined, one of which was the old Verve wireless, where the new group took the name from.
The new group needed a rebrand to disassociate with the old company, but the new branding should also reflex a hint of the old brand.

Rebranding
My role was to lead the design process in the rebranding project, working along with the leaders across teams, to gather input though facilitating the design workshops, and provide design solution to all brand channels.



Marketing Assets
After successfully launched the new brand, I continued improve different design solutions through testing and regular feedback sessions with stakeholders. Developed and managed the design system and templates, whilst the brand continue to grow and evolve, which allowed it to scale for future acquisition and mergers.
Employer Branding
A good branding is not only present the brand to the world externally, but more importantly, I need to give the employees a brand they can be excited about. Together with the HR team, we launched a new sets of employer branding to achieve this goal.


Events
Of course, the design of a brand can not only exist in digital form, a event playbook is then developed to guide the event managers and designer to create on brand event environments fast, without sacrificing quality.
